Phyllis PhylPOWELLPOWELL Phyllis (Phyl) Suddenly after a long illness, on September 13th 2006, aged 75 years. Reunited with her beloved husband Les. Loving mum of Frances and Angela, mother-in-law of Allan and Steve and a dear nan of all her grandchildren. Funeral service on Monday, September 25th at Exwick Road Cemetery Chapel, 11:30am followed by private interment. Flowers by 10:00am please or donations if desired for Exeter Hospice c/o M.
